Start dry
Use it on completely dry feet. Damp skin drags and blunts the roller.

Slow passes
Glide over the hard areas for a couple of minutes per foot. Let the roller do the work — don't press.

Moisturise
Rinse the head, dry it, and finish with your moisturiser. A weekly pass keeps it there.

Does it hurt?
No. The roller lifts dry, dead skin and stops at healthy skin — it isn't a blade. Keep it moving in slow passes rather than holding it in one spot.
How often should I use it?
Most people do a full pass once a week and a short touch-up in between. Start with the coarse head, then finish with the fine one.
Wet or dry feet?
Dry. Wet skin clogs the roller and gives an uneven finish. Moisturise afterwards, not before.
Can I replace the heads?
Yes — they twist off and on by hand, no tools. Coarse and fine are both included in the box.
How do I clean it?
Twist the head off and rinse it under running water, then let it dry fully before it goes back on. Wipe the body with a dry cloth.
